Liberty Branch will be a traditional neighborhood design (TND) development, which is defined as a complete neighborhood built upon traditional town planning principles. A TND includes a range of housing types, a network of well-connected streets, and public spaces within walking distance of schools, places of worship, shopping, dining and recreation. Liberty Branch is within close proximity to Timber Creek K-6 Elementary School, part of the Tomball ISD, and the new Creekside Park Village Center which will provide nearby shopping, dining and neighborhood services for residents of Liberty Branch.
“The opening of model homes in Liberty Branch has been eagerly anticipated,” said Tim Welbes, Co-President of The Woodlands Development Company. “Traditional neighborhood design, with its all-American streetscapes and walkable green spaces, has been extremely popular in The Woodlands’ enclave of East Shore, and we are anxious to introduce Liberty Branch to the Village of Creekside Park. Construction of Creekside Park Village Center should also begin soon, bringing nearby amenities within walking distance of this new, 400-home neighborhood.”
J. Kyle Homes plans to open a sales trailer in July, with one model opening in October. Forty-three single-family homes are planned by J. Kyle, with prices starting in the $400’s. There will be a variety of home styles including Craftsman, Classic American and English Tudor with many optional features such as outdoor kitchens, wet bars, Thermador kitchens, sunken whirlpool tubs and three-car garages.
